AFI was looking to revamp their presence in the Mercedes Benz stadium in Atlanta. Hovercraft Studio worked with rEvolution to repurpose 2 existing large screen arrays and install a third. My duties included building an interactive AR mirror and a 24/7 content-managed video playback system. I specced the hardware for the on-site installation and built a minimal CMS to update the content on the big screens. The event staff can swap team-specific AR elements and videos depending on which team is playing a game - either the Atlanta Falcons (football) or Atlanta United (soccer). The front-end software also integrated with an in-house show control system - this enables a system blackout on non-game days, which conforms to the building's LEED standards.
